Design Intern

  • Graphic Design

I ended up choosing to major in graphic design because I’ve always had a passion for art, which was later transformed into a love for design as my schooling progressed and I was introduced to graphic design. I decided on this internship because I felt it was a great opportunity for me to strengthen my design and production skills in an environment that is accommodating to students. I enjoy that there is both the design and production aspect to this internship, and I feel it will make for great portfolio material. Outside of school, I enjoy taking and editing photos in my free time, watching TV, and collecting and caring for my growing collection of succulents and cacti.

I have three goals while working at Campus Banner + Design:

1. To strengthen my understanding of print production (file setup, organization, etc.).
2. To strengthen my ability to work and communicate with other designers.
3. To gain real life experience communicating with clients and successfully fulfilling their needs.
