I originally decided to be a finance major because my father has worked as a financial advisor for many years. I changed my major to marketing because I didn’t think I could work in finance for the rest of my life. I have always had a creative side and really enjoyed making creative media and sharing it. After many conversations with my sister, who was a marketing major at Clemson, we decided marketing would be my best option for learning more about what I love doing. I have a passion for taking pictures and sharing them with others. As a freelance photographer and videographer, it is difficult to find interesting and relevant events to shoot. Working for Student Affairs is a perfect opportunity for me to do what I love to do for someone who can benefit from my work. Outside of class and work, I am a big outdoorsman. I have a 5-year-old husky who keeps me outside. Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, exploring or any other outdoor activity, you can find me there. I love to live life outside, and this passion for the outdoors pairs perfectly with my passion for creative media. I also enjoy playing intramural soccer with my friends to keep me active.

I have three goals while working with Campus Banner + Design:

  1. I would love to learn how to take more compelling images to influence people and their thoughts.
  2. I want to learn how the Division of Student Affairs works with the university and the students who attend it.
  3. I want to meet more people who share similar passions to mine and learn from them.
